  2. Self-Care Prioritization: It's essential to prioritize self-care amidst the IVF cycle's demands on your personal life. Engage in activities that bring joy and foster feelings of love and care for yourselfwhether it is a favorite hobby or a relaxing day out. Make these moments intentional and regular.

Their experiences may differ slightly from yours, but their insights can provide invaluable comfort and support.

  5. Therapy for Fertility Struggles: Seek professional help by finding therapists specializing in infertility or pregnancy loss and fertility treatment. If not avlable, ensure the therapist is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT and evidence-based interventions for trauma.

  6. Critical Social Media Consumption: While social media groups may offer temporary solace or advice, be cautious about their content. Some members might share unfounded remedies like eating pineapple cores or drinking pomegranate juice to increase pregnancy odds, which are unlikely to influence your success rates.

  7. Stress in IVF: Fact vs Fiction: that stress does not impact IVF outcomes. Focusing on this aspect of your treatment can exacerbate overall distress. It's crucial to acknowledge the inherent challenges and allow yourself compassion instead of self-criticism.
